Individual Therapy

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive training and experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults. As a therapist, I will work with you or your child to achieve better understanding of the difficulties you or your child is experiencing, and to discover more adaptive coping mechanisms. My style is non-judgmental, empathic, and compassionate. I tailor the therapy to the individual needs of the client (play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or insight-oriented treatment).
